Swookies is a Brussels-based project launched in late 2019 by Margaux, who is passionate about cookies. Convinced of the richness in tastes and textures this biscuit can offer, she decided to take the cookie to a more elaborate level than what she usually found on the market. There are a thousand and one ways to satisfy each cookie lover. Margaux wants to explore the cookie in all its forms and textures. Cookies made with natural ingredients.
Being sensitive to sustainable development, the cookies are made from a local production workshop. As soon as they come out of the oven, the cookies are then delivered by bicycle and distributed in Brussels via various collecting points.
For the moment, orders are opened once a week, in order to be able to meet demand. A guarantee of freshness and absolute quality.
Because a cookie offers a thousand and one possibilities both in flavours and textures, Swookies has the mission to develop as many cookie recipes as there are cookie lovers. Sometimes crispy, sometimes chewy, sometimes gooey, cookies will never stop surprising you.
Since the creation of Swookies, sustainability has been an integral part of every decision we make. Swookies looks for sustainability in the choice of ingredients, from the ordering system that minimizes waste to the delivery by bike to our pick up points.
Tasting a cookie is a moment of sharing.
A value that can be found everywhere: we share our passion for pastry with our customers and their opinions allow us to evolve every day.
This is the essence of Swookies: discussing, exchanging and creating the best cookie recipes together. This idea of sharing continues with our suppliers with whom we share the same values and work in respect of each other.
